What Curb is, in a paragraph you can use, with the icon, screenshots and a way to reach us.
In a paragraph
Curb is an iPhone and iPad app for people who want less of something they can count: most often nicotine pouches or vaping, but also coffee, sugar, alcohol, screen time or spending. It turns today’s number into a plan that steps down week by week, shows what the habit costs, and keeps progress when there is a day over. Quit apps count the days since you stopped and start again after a slip; Curb gives an allowance that steps down. What you log stays on the phone, and there is no account.
In one line: the quit app that doesn’t ask you to quit.

Please show the app as it is: no edits to the icon, and nothing that reads as a health claim. Curb describes a method; it does not promise an outcome.
